Remove the floating rope from its storage bag and straighten it to prevent tangling.
Attach one end’s hook to a fixed anchor point on the boat or shore, and tighten the safety nut.
Accurately throw the rope onto the target water surface, so it floats using buoyancy.
Once the person in the water grabs the rope, tow them steadily to safety.
After use, retrieve the rope, rinse it with clean water, air dry, and inspect the hooks and rope body.
Before use, check that the safety nut is tight, the hook is not deformed, and the rope body is undamaged.
During rescue, avoid rope entanglement with propellers or other obstacles.
