Reach through the inside of the cloak and drape it over your shoulders, covering your back and chest.
Pull the hood over your head and tighten the front closure so that protection covers the head, neck, and torso.
Lower your center of gravity and evacuate the fire scene swiftly via a safe route, avoiding dense smoke.
After leaving the danger area, inspect the cloak for damage, fold it neatly, and return it to the original packaging for future use.
Store away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources, and keep easily accessible along walkways
Avoid sharp metal or glass scratching the fabric to prevent reduction in fire resistance
If charring or holes are found after use, replace the cape with a new one immediately
Do not wash or dry clean; clean only by gently wiping the surface with a damp cloth and air-dry thoroughly
