Mount the hook on the wall near the gas appliance at a height of 1.5 m above the floor using screws, avoiding fans and ventilation openings.
Insert two 1.5V AA batteries observing correct polarity. The green power indicator lights up to indicate normal power.
Press and hold the test button to simulate an alarm condition. Confirm that the buzzer sounds four times and the red LED flashes rapidly.
Perform a test once a month and clean the ventilation grille with a soft cloth to keep the air passage unobstructed.
Avoid installing in kitchens, bathrooms, or areas with high temperature, high humidity, or excessive oil smoke.
Replace the entire alarm unit before the sensor expires (3 years); do not replace only the batteries.
When the yellow fault light turns on, check the battery contact or contact a professional for handling.
When the alarm sounds, immediately open windows for ventilation, close the gas valve, and do not touch electrical switches or open flames.
